Thanks for your feedback. I have tried updating the driver multiple times but get an error message: "USB device not recognised. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.

Recommendation: Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognise it, your device may not be working properly. Kind regards, Sunil. In case you have access to another device, try connect it to the other device and see if the problem persist?
